"Overall, the food was average. The burgers were large, however, you pay a premium for French fries. I would rather they just inflate the price and make French fries standard. The included item is potato chips. My mom and daughter had the burgers and said they were pretty good. I had the stuffed shrimp, which didn't have a lot of flavor. I could tell I was eating shrimp and crab, but there wasn't much flavor. The portion was four stuffed shrimp. However, the shrimp were of the medium variety that I would buy at my local market. They were ripped with a tablespoon size crab ball. I had to pay a premium for cheese on my potato. This dish was $29, which I was prepared to pay, but was disappointed when it came out. Or meal was $95 (including a 15% tip). I'd also like to add we all had water to drink. I think the bill was a tad too much when two people in my party had a burger. The best part was dining outside right at the water. I drove from central Virginia to dine there, and am not sure if do it again. Just so so."

"I've been dining at this restaurant for past 20 years. I love the diner type ambiance. I've only eaten here during breakfast time but they have other food selections as well. My breakfast choice is their gypsy skillet with potato's, onions, green peppers, ham and cheese on top.....completed with an egg of your choice. The staff is friendly and they keep the place clean. I highly recommend this place."

"Our waitress Dawn was very sweet and on top of all of our needs. We both had the chicken fried steak with garlic mashed and vegetable melody. Gravy over the steak and potatoes. Glass of moscato wine, black velvet coke for my husband. Wonderful food and awesome atmosphere! We also stayed at the motel. Very nice and clean. We have been here before and we will continue to return when our travels take us this way!!!"
