"We visited Bellamy's Bistro 2 weeks ago. If having a meal after 6pm there is parking on the main Street for free. We managed to get an earlier ferry across to the island and after contacting Bellamy's, staff very kindly brought the time of our table forward. Me and one friend had the carbonara and cheesy garlic bread, which was lovely and tasty and my other friend had Bourgenon which she also really enjoyed. The owners were very friendly and were talking to us about how they came to the Isle of Wight. I would definitely recommend."

"If you have a few extra pennies to spend on your holiday or if you are at the Lakeside Park Hotel for a special occasion, I can strongly recommend you dine at the Oyster Room. A small dining room with approx 10 tables and the most fabulous food. Our sincere compliments to the chefs. At our Taster Menu dinner the staff explained in detail what were eating and looked after us well. The dining room is beautifully decorated in a minimalistic way but feel the ambiance of the room could have been enhanced by candles on the tables. With a view of the lake it is a perfect setting. Enjoy!"

"Always good food and service. Nice touch having the bouncy castles out the back. Had the burger which was very tasty, chips were lovely, even my kids kept asking for more. Good all round family pub."

"One night stay and the hotel was good for a single night stay. Limited car parking but we checked in just before 4 and got the last space : Friendly welcome. Room as you would expect no frills but comfortable. Good location 2 min walk to seafront and pier. Breakfast was good."
