"We love The Spaghetti Factory and we're sad to see the one in Seattle go. We usually have a large group when we come and it's not too big of a wait. The waiters are nice and quick with ordering. They always get the food and drinks right. We enjoy coming here."

"We decided to finally visit and were pleasantly surprised that there was no waiting time on Saturday afternoon. we need to sit in the train car and the service was amazing. kenzie took care of us from the beginning to the end and made sure that our drinks were filled and that brot was never gone. our eating was spectacular and dessert even better so well that I forgot to make pictures. the atmosphere was really relaxing and we never felt rushed. this restaurant was clean and the toilets were very nice, large and clean. we recommend this facility to the local and visitors alike that they have something for everyone. many thanks for this fantastic and unforgettable experience."

"My husband and I enjoyed a quick date here a few days ago, and were SO surprised at how amazing the food and staff were. Despite being short staffed at the moment, we got our food in a timely manner and our waiter kept a great attitude. The owner also engaged in conversation with us was so involved with his employees. "It was peak dinning time on a Saturday night. We walked up after shopping and were told the wait was hours, I consulted Open Table and got and booked reservations in minutes. We were seated minutes later than our reservation which was good in my mind. The restaurant had sent a text when our table was ready apparently forgetting where they had told us to sit to wait out of the draft of the door. So monitor your cell phone. Server was polite enough but inexperienced in my mind. Menu had been simplified since our last time here. Our party of ordered a pizza, spaghetti and meatballs, chicken and peppers and salmon. Drinks came soon enough and we ordered right away as one of our party had to leave for work in an hour which we conveyed to the waiter. After that we were pretty much left to ourselves until the food came. Water glasses went unfiled and it was difficult at best to get the attention of the waiter. We used one of the bus boys to get our waiter and bill when we wanted to leave. Our order of flatbread ordered as an appetizer came at the end of the meal after half our party had left. Quality of the food was average for a venue of this type. It is one of the better venues to eat at when close to the Tacoma Mall and one of the few to use Open Table in the area. In the future we will consider other options"

"We came on Saturday, it was busy night, long wait, understandable. the food was good. my brother and I didn't get our rolls, waited for half an hour, checked for the order. They thought we had our rolls, found out they served on a wrong table. it was a busy night, but a quick check that everyone got his orders would have been a better customer service. she apologised a couple times, I canceled my orders and asked for the check. I prefer to check food, but service is also what customers can get back more than eating. my nephew likes his command and my brother ate his spider roll after 30 minutes plus waiting, I ate pieces of other people order, they were good or I was hungry. eating is pricy."
