"Very disappointing experience. There has obviously been a change in management. We have been here a number of times and always been impressed with the fine dining and silver service. That's why we go back. This time the food was below standard, the kingfish was over cooked, the sides unimpressive. But it was the service that was the biggest let down. The staff were inattentive at best, they often went missing for long periods. They did not know the menu, we asked three times for water, they kept making excuses, like oh yes I saw you were finished but then I forgot to come over. Very long waits to have dishes cleared, or to even order our meals or dessert. Extremely unprofessional behaviour and conversation. This was service you would expect at a cheap pub, not a fine dining establishment that The Barn used to be known for. Really don't know whether I will go back again. This was the first time they did not receive a tip from us. Very disappointed."

"We went here for a birthday celebration we had a banquet the spring rolls were huge the satay sticks were a little over done but very tasty the rest of the meal was fantastic the only down side $8.50 corkage was very high they had a good range of wine and not over the top with price"
