"When we first arrived, we were politely told we can sit wherever. We sat down, and proceeded to wait for closer to 20 minutes to even get asked for drinks. After ordering, drinks came up fast and the food alarmingly fast. like it...was microwaved or even worse been sitting under a heat lamp for god knows how long. After we had eaten, we sat there, piled our plates up as to even more emphasize that we are done. No service, nobody asking if everything is good, or if we wanted anything. And to top it off, we saw staff cuddling at the reception, dancing around and fooling about. Oh, and the food was mediocre at best, and now Im fearing I might get a food poisoning later tonight. Still sitting at my table staring at the staff just talking to eachother, waiting for them to do something, while writing this review."

"Great location mid-slopes! Open and sunny spaces. Typical Tyrollean design. Totally reasonable prices. What made the difference for me was that the manager, Martin, stopped by to ask how we are doing. This transpired into a wonderful conversation. That allowed me to realize how much...history there was in the building and the location. Compared to the other rustic mid slope huts this one was less crowded and, at least while we were there the people did not smoke. Smaller places looked so cute ... yet once inside two people smoking could turn the place into a haze. Thank you Martin!"
