"Great regular pizza. Do not get the gluten free crust though. It is terrible. It is hard,dry, gritty and hurts your mouth to eat as well as tasteless. Enjoyed the toppings, the dogs ate the crust. Did complain to Pizza Nova and they were quick to respond and are looking into it..."

"The AC was cranked the restaurant was chilly. The chicken parmigiana was a nice portion. A lot of spaghetti but lacking enough signature tomato sauce and the sauce itself was very bland. Also wish they brown the cheese on the parmigiana like the photo on the menu."

"We have several dish and chip places in Barrie like to try them all ! Well Fancys has to be the bottom of the list fist taste like the use frozen chips for sure no fresh potatoes The fish has so much batter you cak hardly find the fish,I went I tried and will not go back really frozen chips in a fish and chip store.They say they have been in business for years I don't know how....."

"It is the best restaurant among fish and chips I have ever eaten. First of all, clean oil is used, so it's fresh and the tempura is not thick. Handmade coleslaw, crispy potatoes and gravy are the best. They have been running a restaurant in the same place for 10 years. I strongly recommend it if you come to Barrie."

"My wife Anne and I were here on Saturday night. The food was amazing. Anne had the salmon and I had the tender. The shrimp cocktail was huge, the menu didn't ventilate when it said it was the biggest. More than the food was, how great the service was, from the hostess to the servers. The decor was the way a steakhouse should be set."
