"Solitamente ci fermavamo qui per un caffè, poi un giorno, affamati, abbiamo scoperto che ci si può anche pranzare. E che pranzo! Un'ottima zuppa di legumi, una porzione pantagruelica di spezzatino con patate, birra e caffè (ottimo) a poco più di 7 euro a testa. Fantastico! Ma soprattutto ci siamo innamorati dell'atmosfera che si respira al Lusa: è un posto molto semplice, quasi defilato, dove sembra di stare a casa, tra amici. E se, come noi, si bada alla sostanza, è un posto perfetto :)"

"We had dinner in the Case Teahouse Bar in Horta. Excellent vegetarian dishes several types of sandwiches. Extraordanary deserts. Perfect friendly service. Great location. Nice atmosphere. When the restaurant should have been opened the day after our visit, we should have returned."

"Omg the experience is horrible, low quality of food and bad atmosphere inside the restaurant. I had no choice but to choose this overrated restaurant for my dinner since many good restaurants were closed on Monday. When I entered the restaurant, I felt uncomfortable, it’s...very dark with outdated decoration. But I still felt good with the concept since I have tried some good ones in mainland Portugal. My husband and I ordered 2 plates of beef accompany with simple salads and a bowl of fries. The waitress has given us a set of sauces and the burning stone without any plate to let us cut our meats! We have to cut our meats either on the stone or a small area next to the stone, that is unbelievable! The meats often got burnt by staying too close to the stone. Besides, I was sweating so much because of the poor ventilation! As for the meats, there were chewy and no seasoning at all, even the sauces and the fries! I wonder how can everything goes so wrong in this restaurant?! Azorean beef supposed to be super juicy and tender even with a bit of salt on top. Worst experience ever! Waste of money and time! You have many other good restaurants in the island with high quality of food and better price."

"The location directly at the water-front has a great view along the harbour and the sailing ships coming and going. But they should make more out of the restaurant and the terrace. The building is quite old and also the furniture. Only plastic chairs and...tables outside without any decoration. I didn't like the food (burger) and the slow and unmotivated service. Only the view was great."

"We fought to find somewhere to eat on Sunday night and settled in this restaurant and were very glad that we did. We couldn't get a table until late (9:30) and had only one main course. The Tomahawk-Steak catches our eye and so we ordered one to share. It was fabulous, tasty and juicy, delicious in your mouth. Probably expensive and worth a visit."
