"We are here last night in Switzerland. some good beer with and then begin in the main meal times. I had the blackhead bleu that they see everywhere on Swiss menus, but I hadn't. it was hard and cheating as expected and came with fries and sweet. my wife had the bratwurst, who came with rosti and sweet in a gravure. everything was very long! besides gravure was too salty, which exaggerated the other elements. service was fast and friendly."

"My family met a nice person at Schilthorn, who recommended that we go here for dinner while we were in Luzern. We are so happy that we followed his advice. The dinner and ambience were amazing. We were served by the youngest brother, who treated us very well. My younger son had their house pizza, which he declared was the best pizza he ever had (and he's had plenty! . My older son had the pasta with truffles. Amazing! I had the frutto mare, and added some spice powder as recommended by another brother. Amazing as well. My wife also enjoyed her dinner. We also split various appetizers, which all were perfectly done. Their white wine from their own vineyard were a super complement for a summer night as well. I want to thank the nameless nice person at Schilthorn who recommended the place. One day, I'll find out who you were. Thanks! I understand from the younger brother that you a frequent guest, and we'll make sure we visit every time we are in town. Thanks also for all the other advice you provided! Thanks to all!"

"My wife and I dined here tonight. We had reservations and I don't know if that was the difference but we had a table next to a window and also the very open kitchen. I had the salmon entree and my wife the ravioli. Both were excellent as was the service. An added benefit was that we were able to watch the meals being prepared. It was like watching a cooking show The so much fun and great food as well."

"Meine beiden Töchter und ich wurden sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend empfangen und an unseren Tisch begleitet. Die Speisekarte liess keine Wünsche offen und ebenso die Weinkarte. Das Essen war köstlich, wir wurden rundum verwöhnt."

"Gasshof used to be an excellent restaurant some years back. I was surprised by the very average menu. They offer 3 daily and one weekly special. The pumpkin soup was quite tasty. The greek salad consisted of some green leaves and a lot of salty feta, overkilled by garlic and Aromat. The thay chicken/rice plate was a combination of Riz Casimir and Birchermuesli, with much too much fruit.We were four and luck to collect enough cash to pay the bill - the credit card terminal did not function.Gasshof is now an ok place if you are very hungry but quite indifferent to the quality of the served food."
