"Charming (as in homely) service. Speciality is traditional home made crêpes/galettes savoury and sweet. Although on the day my wife preferred an omelette which was delicious. Perfect for a quick lunchtime stopover. €51 including a half bottle of St Nicholas and 2 coffees. Charming village to walk around before or after lunch."

"Starter was adequate but nothing more. Main course. We both had sandre fish. 50% of mine was completely raw and inedible. Nobody came to ask if the meal was OK. When waiter came to table, issue was pointed out and we requested the 'chef ' was informed. Waiter asked if I wanted them to have a second attempt at cooking it. We declined as my wife had finished her meal and mine was cold and congealed. Bill was requested. It arrived with no reduction. Pointed this out to one waiter, he disappeared. A waitress arrived with a card machine to take full payment, we again pointed out the problem. She indicated it was our fault for not accepting that the congealed plate of cold food was reheated. No response. She consulted, possibly the owner. No response and no eye contact. The offending dish cost €23.00 and the meal in total €114.50. We eventually offered them in cash €105.00 deducting less than half of the completely inedible main course. Even without this dreadful experience the edible food and service would have been mediocre and over priced. This restaurant is completely outclassed by the Ververt restaurant nearby. We will not return to this place."

"This is a great little bar/cafe for a lovely lunchtime break. The food is simple but typical, tasty and good value. It's always busy with both locals and visitors and the staff are always friendly with everyone. The cafe is situated on the village square and next to the river with plenty of shaded tables outside and lots of space inside. If you can visit on a Sunday morning you'll also have the benefit of the weekly market."
