"I was at the samaden hirschen for the sant'ambrogio bridge, and turning around the surrounding areas in St.Moritz I found this restaurant. the location is not bad, the place is kept very well, the kitchen (which I saw at the will of the chef) is very wide and spacious, well maintained and especially clean. the dishes offered by the house are the typical ones of the place, the card at the entrance is in German but fortunately both waiter and cook know Italian and can translate for all those who have no familiarity with the language. the best tried dish was the chicken to the white wine, very good and well implanted, also the pasta to carbonara typical italico dish was very good, the pasta was made in the house and the egg was neither too liquid formed the annoying white lumps, the beer served was also excellent. I have to congratulate the young chef of only 20 years for the excellent lunch wishing him the best things for the future. by concluding advice to all those who are in the area to go at least once to thehirschen!"

"We were alone when we entered the restaurant. it was off season. we were very kindly greeted and immediately led to a table. the restaurant in the vault is one of the more beautiful.We order to start tomatensuppe and barley soup.They are so big that you have almost enough.As main dish we eat wild. it was super boiled and also asked or complaints (from another honed) were immediately received. Unfortunately, the portions were so large that I had to stand over the half. the very nice accompaniment meant I should order a little portion next time. Too bad, I didn't say that before.The chefin wee recommendation was great and was very good to eat.We liked it even if it was a bit quiet in the restaurant"

"We spent our first evening in this gorgeous location, food and views were simply outstanding. Service staff very friendly. We managed to get a table for three people without a booking, but I guess in peak season it will be best to book ahead. Cable train ride is very nice too, only about 15 mins. Great location up here for sunsets!"
