"Ushi Taro Ramen is a cute little ramen shop with a quiet ambiance and humble atmosphere. We had a table for 4 and were seated very quickly. We got the edamame and the beef karage for starters and they were both really tasty. The edamame had a nice amount of garlic flavor that wasn't overpowering but just enough. The beef karage was a really surprisingly good take on the classic chicken karage. I didn't think I would enjoy it so much. For ramen I chose the tried and true, traditional ramen. Excellent flavor in the broth and you could really taste all of the individual ingredients like the mushroom and the beef flavoring. My friend ordered the Spicy and I could smell the fragrance from across the table and it made me wish I had ordered that instead. Last, but certainly not least, the water. My Lord, this water must've been from the ice cold glaciers of Mt Everest. The water was so pure it would make nuns cry. It was as if drinking this water would make you remember when we first drank water from an oasis and saw our faces for the very first time. And the waiter was so please to constantly refill our glass as if they had an unending fountain of youth in the back. Drink the water."
