What Joshua Yuan likes about Ushi Taro:
Came on a weekday 8pm and there was no wait for our group of 3. We were attended to quickly and our food came quickly.This was my first beef karage and it's definitely not as good as some good chicken karage but it was certainly interesting. What Cyrus Ghaznavi doesn't like about Ushi Taro:
Ordered the shio ramen, which should be a salt/seafood based broth that is clear, but what came out was clearly a pork bone based broth (tonkotsu). The nodoles were undercooked and kinked, likely not fresh. Instead of bamboo shoots they used mushrooms, which were a little overpowering in terms of flavor.
