"I ordered a take away from this restaurant last night and ordered honey chicken,sweet and sour pork and fried rice. When I went to eat it at around 8.15pm I discovered I actually had honey pork and sweet and sour chicken Because the restaurant shuts at 8pm it was too late to ring up and complain I rang them today andtold them and then took the meals to them to ask for a refund I was told that they do NOT do refunds. Talk about Customer Service????? They were not willing to listento me at all and I will NEVER order from this restaurant again. By the way, I have lots of friends and family and I believe word of mouth travels fast"
