"My disabled mother who has end cancer came for a pizza and film night with her big children something that rarely happens. we ordered our pizza with a waiting period of 90 minutes (we have nothing to do with it and were happy to wait) good...and really more than 90 minutes later we had not yet got our pizza. my partner called the restaurant where bob said that our pizza was not even cooked. my partner asked to talk to the manager where he said there was no one to talk to. we soon found out that bob was the franchise owner. much to mean and my partner sneak bob said to my printer get out of the phone because as long as I talk to them I don't make their pizza. my partner annoyed and how long they take our pizza to deliver, 40 minutes or more? bob says he can't guarantee that either. my partner asked for a full refund. bob has offered a drink and an ice cream! our movie night ruined with our sick mother, two hours waiting for a pizza, no refund and pizza and no nice. only an arrogant eclectic person who should not own business. I will be a formal complaining to pizza hat office"
