"I went with my family and had their dinner buffet. It was a nice change being able to choose items at a buffet rather than trying to figure out whats what and having it delivered to your table. The variety was decent though they seem to focus on what seems to be California roll variations. The price was the best in town. The sushi rolls and everything else was great. They seem to keep adding food to the buffet in small amounts to keep it fresh. It wasn't very busy, which is a shame because I'd like to see it succeed as it is one of my new favorites. Seems like a friendly family run operation."

"Would highly recommend sushi valley in kamloops! I come here when I can and the staff is always consistent and super friendly and welcoming. The food quality never disappoints, always fresh and the service is fast. Prices are reasonable since food is so fresh and the portions are big! Small restaurant (only 7) tables so it may be busy and packed during dinner but the workers still do their best to accommodate everyone. They usually always give us free food to test out as well which is amazing! Cute atmosphere and would recommend to any one I know!:)"

"The lunch box was good. The tempura batter was not overwhelming and it was crunchy. The California roll was more delicious than the regular ones. My husband had sashimi lunch and he said it was very good. Daughter had sushi lunch, most of it was California roll which a little disappointing. Green tea was free, just like in Japan which was nice. It was a pricey option for lunch but coming from a city where good Japanese food is scarce, I think it was worth it. Parking was a little hard, we had to find parking at the road."

"Place is small, which is good as service is better. I like how cozy it is, food is amazing, might be a bit out of the way but worth it! The yam yam roll is delicious and huge! "We have patronized the Moon Wok Restaurant for the last 8 years since moving to Kamloops for both in restaurant and take out service. We had been satisfied up until the last 2 times we visited for take out. We found the food to be cold (all items) in spite of having arrived well before the designated pickup time we were given. In addition, the food portions are considerably smaller than in the past and the prices keep going up. The food quality has gone downhill as well. We'll be taking a break from eating at Moon Wok for the time being"

"Came to the lemongrass with my daughter we all ordered different items. Deep fried tofu was great soups and stir stir-frys were excellent. I would definitely recommend this place for a good hot Asian meal."
