Satay Pho with jasmine tea for lunch today. I'm so glad I finally made it to Watercress Restaurant! Delicious food and wonderful, welcoming service. I even had the opportunity to have a nice conversation with the owner. Without finding fresh basil in the city, fresh parsley was a decent substitute. What User doesn't like about Watercress Vietnamese:
Unfortunately our food was incredibly greasy. The tofu was basically a shell (empty) because it had been fried so long. I expect this for fast food, but not for a highly rated restaurant. Sadly, we will not return. The portion size was good though. View all feedback.
