"We checked this place out and loved the food. The new owners are a young, super friendly couple. He's the cook, and a great one at that. She is a quiet, happy lady who seems to do all the extras. I hope they find great success in their new adventure. Joe Chow's is a small diner like place with a good number of items to choose from. The egg rolls and sauce were so tasty. The portions were plentiful and the service was very good. My husband had a combo plate with Garlic Spare Ribs. They were very meaty and fall of the bone good. I had a delicious Steak, Green Pepper, and Broccoli combo.We will definitely return and have already spread the word. We will recommend them to everyone."

"Happy Cow would not allow a full 5-star rating, as it is not a fully vegetarian/veganese restaurant. However, the food here was amazing for both vegans and not. I ordered the coconut mango tofu, it was absolutely delicious and portions were large. Pretty every item can be made vegan on their menu"
