"Tasty good value food. I have eaten here both as takeaway and eat in a few times now, the food is nice, the portions are good and the service pleasant. The only criticism I had with the last takeaway was that the curry sauce lacked in thickness and flavour, as if it had been watered down a little, but still nice. I recommend you try it out. It does get busy at peak times, so the best service is to be had off peak."

"My husband and I came for a meal on a Saturday night a couple of weeks ago. I wasn't expecting much but the food was really good with care to detail and decent portions. The waiting staff were lovely and we had a great evening"

"Excellent find. I’ve wanted to try here for sometime, so on an impromptu walk around Yarm, we decided to go for some lunch. It’s a lovely stroll up to a quant area with views over Yarm. Ice cold Guinness was spot on and the food was excellent. My partner had a special Mediterranean chicken, and I had the beef pie. Very cautious when getting pies due to the disappointment when it’s loaded with fatty meat or mushrooms. This pie was exactly what you cross your fingers for. Perfectly cooked big chunks of beef in a rich ale gravy. Fantastic. And the landlord was brilliant. Really glad we went. I will definitely return recommend, I hope they don’t leave (but that’s just me being selfish)"

"Our family has been going to Tommy Lee's now for years now. The food is always delicious, the containers are always crammed full and you never have to wait long at all. The ribs are great, as well as the chilli chips and the lemon...chicken. It's rare that you find such a consistently good takeaway. Would recommend to anybody."
