"We went to dinner as a family to celebrate my man's birthday. I choose this place as I was there a few years ago on a banquet and the rest of my family had never been here. the restaurant looks somewhat worn out....The distance is pretty ok and the service was good. I was surprised that we were the fourth table next to the banquet and it was a Saturday night! the dishes we ordered were ok to less ok in taste, but extremely large portion for the price we pay, compared to other Chinese seafood restaurants. I would say to all of us who ordered, we all like the lobster dish the best. the crab was good, but the rice wasn't really. it had only ingwer in the rice and it could be better. everything in all our opinion is that the cook is not really fry chef good."

"Looking for a quick bite while on a tour we found Celine's Fish and Chips. Ordered the halibut which was about $14.00. The portion was huge. The fish was fresh and the fries were really good and plentyful. I couldn't finish the serving."

"We did a bit of grocery shopping then decided to go for dim sum close by. This restaurant does not have a noticeable store front so you’d have to know about this place or you could easily walk right by it. The place is small...and needs some refreshing but caters to the older Asian crowd in the neighbourhood. Food is pretty good for the price point. Portions are quite large."

"There were three of us and we went for dim sum on a Sunday at 10:30 am with no reservations. The restaurant was busy but we managed to get a table after a 5-minute wait. Dim sum dishes are still wheeled around the restaurant on a cart and you pick whatever you want. You can also order lunch specials. Menu was in both Chinese and English. About 25% of the patrons were non-Chinese. I have been to this restaurant several times and I am always satisfied with the food.We had five dim sum dishes and a plate of noodles from the lunch specials. Total cost of meal was $28 before tip. We were quite full and had leftovers that we took home in a doggie bag. Service was friendly and the staff understood English.Restaurant is on NE corner of East 41st Ave and Main St. Parking is free on the street along 41st Avenue."

"We ate here twice, once inside and once on the patio. Food and service were very good. Great view. Mostly seafood, but there are some beef and chicken items available. Sushi available, I am not a Sushi person but those that were ordering were pleased. I had the Cod special and it was very good. Went back for lunch and had soup which was delicious."

"The name has change to Van Dragon Chinese Seafood Restaurant -today the staff were able to help us more in speaking English. - the price is reasonable and we keep coming back here because the food is delicious - service is excellent and fast- be adventurous and tried different foods - we get our favorites and try a new one - so I don't need to travel far..- today's new choice was so different I have no idea where to place it in my brain - do I like it? - I don't know I have never tasted anything like it before in my life.. This is one of our favorite places to eat when we visit Vancouver"
