"We had a great time. The weather was sunny and it was the perfect day to sit outside. We packed a beer and put our orders. I had the celis white and the watermelon and feta salad. It was more filling that I thought it was! After the first beer, the sun was a little so decided we had a little bit in the shade. I saw that there were some screens that could be pulled down and a fan that wasn't on, but the weather wasn't too hot, so we still had a great time! I can't wait to go back and try one of the cakes. Everybody looked great!"

"Convenient and perfect option for South Austin meeting place at 71 and 35 intersection, particularly at lunch. While inside the Marriott hotel, the menu was diverse,, food was very good, very bright and quiet for a business meeting. Will definitely be back when in the area."

"The room is casual, music is not too loud, local art on the walls. You are def short personaled as there are only 1 server on the ground. Our server Shawn (sp? was quirky and upbeat. We ordered the roasted avocado appetizer that was good, but not much season in the bread season really, it was definitely better with the lightly spicy sauce it came with. We also have the Hyde Park fries large part and he warned us that it was enough for 5-8 people. He was right. Lol We saw a small order that a better choice for our table of 3. My guy ordered the chicken fried steak with Mac and cheese and potatoes, and I ordered the chicken fried chicken with green beans and potatoes, my son had the meat with the dikes and potatoes. The appetizers needed a while to get out, then our entrees came about 5 minutes later. They accidentally gave my guy chicken, and the server noticed that when he came to the table, so he gave him the plate anyway and said he would get him the steak, we all finished food until the CFS was done so that we just combed it to go. They took the CFS off our bill without being asked. The fried chicken was good, we haven't tasted the CFS yet, the green beans were fresh, young and tender, but no spice. The mac n cheese was good, but not spectacular. The meat leaf was a thick dense meat leaf that had good taste and had fried French onions. The Griss were okay, but not great. We had the peach pudding dessert and oh my goodness! It's great! It is as if you had a pineapple on your head cake, but replacement peaches and a tres leches mixed You got it! Oddly! The disadvantage was definitely the cleanliness of this place. There were garbage and food on the floors, tables were left dirty for a while and very slow to drive, and as a server itself, I would have more pride on the dining room cleanliness and gloomy my strut to try to keep it cleaner. You need to wonder if the guests can see this inconsistency at the front, how clean it is in the back where we can't see?"
