"My husband, my daughter and I were at IHOP for breakfast. It was busy, but we sat right away. Drinks were ordered and came very fast. Hot tea for me, water for my daughter, coffee for hubs. The waiter was enthusiastic, very funny and good. I had the waffle flour w/ eggs and bacon. My husband had steak and eggs. My daughter had pancakes and bacon. The food came pretty fast and perfect. The waiter checked back to make sure everything was good. Drinks were refilled without our demand and it was a really nice experience. A little hearty, but no rush and good food. The waiter was really on things, took the payment immediately. It was a nice meal. They have many parking spaces and easy access for everyone. It is nice to have this as a meal option."

"Visited for the first time for a birthday brunch and had a good experience. Our server was efficient, friendly, and accommodating. Ordered a variety of things including the southern waffle, pancakes, kitchen sink omelette, the carnitas hash, and the banana bread French toast. Everything tasted really good. Only down side was that the lemonade was watered down."

"Excellent food and service! I had scallops, they were cooked to perfection and served on light fluffy butternut squash ravioli. My husband had fillet and short ribs; so tender you could cut them with a fork! We also had a dessert that was just as fabulous! We had a table in the front which was great for people watching. Highly recommended!!!"
