"The food and drink options are good. Ambience and setting are beautiful. Service and execution need some work. I have been here numerous times and service is always frazzled. It seems that as a hotel restaurant they aren't interested in maintaining a local clientele as hotel guests will be a captive audience. This time food/drinks took a long time. Appetizer was cold. Main course ingredients didn't match what was described in the menu. Server was nice and polite but didn't provide the type of service you should get at these price levels. I may go back to have a drink on the patio but I think I have given up considering Park 600 as a dinner option."

"Location was for approx. 6 months after the time we visited, I would have thought that all operational kinks were worked up by then. I was wrong. we visited on a Saturday evening, which is of course a busy time, but when we arrived, many tables were still available. Nevertheless it took my party (a family of 5) almost 2 hours for the entire service! it probably took 20 minutes to get our first drinks, and served 55 minutes to eat. the quality of eating was good, and our waiter and manager were very pleasant. but every time they leave the table, it felt like we wouldn't see them for another 20 minutes, which is inevitable. with the great eating and ambiente they have the elements for a successful restaurant. only really need to speed up the things to make it a winner."
