"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. By far the worst coffee and customer service I’ve ever had. The owner is arrogant, rude and misleading. I ordered a almond late which the menus failed to say used a vanilla almond milk. Upon bringing the coffee back and saying I don’t want or expect vanilla in my coffee and asked if I could have another milk, he refused to make me another one without paying for it. And then said I was picky and started abusing me. This man to speak to a women like this after a very reasonable request made me sick to my stomach. I highly recommend not to go here."

"It's a nice venue, has a fireplace, pool table, indoor and outdoor seating. The dinner menu is limited with choices, although there is a specials board to add to the choices, (the burger doesn't come with fries also). The food is tasty, good choice of beverages also."

"What happened to Salsas? Why didn't I read the reviews first. This place should be killing it post COVID. Not much competition for food in the plaza. The fact it was quiet should have told me something. Burrito bowl was very disappointing. Morsels of overcooked chicken, sauce and rice. No flavour. Staff were pleasant enough. Good service. Seems like it's management choice to cut did costs by reducing quality. Bowls used to be awesome. Haven't had it for a while. Probably won't be back."

"Good atmosphere. But after a big days travel I got in around 5.30pm. Had a few kilkenny and come 6.30 ordered a meal to be told the table was reserved. I said what is they come early, they said you will need to vacate. I said not a chance in hell, no offer of somewhere else to sit one person) End of the day no reserved notifications and the Guinness pie was a half baked version of real pie. Complete with instant potato Not happy at all people"

"Went on for a date night with my husband to this beautiful Japanese spot as I read the reviews on Urban Melbourne. Must say the atmosphere n the decor of the place was lovely n had this chic feeling. We sat by the bar had a lovely view of the chiefs preparing the food. We tried the following, Assorted box of sushi, sashimi n Maki Crab salad Meatball truffle Oysters. Must say this was one of the best Japanese food I ever had. The quality of the sushi was exceptional. The team tried their best to cater my dietary requirements n took it very seriously. The only draw back of our evening was the attitude of one of the staff members. The waiter was extremely rude wasn’t talking pleasantly with us with an extreme aggressive attitude which we didn’t appreciate n didn’t expect from such a fine dinning place. Would expect the team members to get proper training on how to deal with customers"

"I decided today to go somewhere new and have a different experience. I have been mostly working from home and I have genuinely missed human interaction. At first glance, the cafés location and its looks from outside it was quite simple. But as soon as I stepped in, I was welcomed with a very warm smile and the service was wonderful! Thank you for making my day! (The food and drink are perfectly priced too. And so yummy) Lesson of the day: to all the business owners. It’s not all about the looks and the price . But the experience and customer service. Some qualities are simply inherited. Have a great day! "

"Friendly and great atmosphere. Just landed in Melbourne at 5 am on a Saturday. Headed to Lynbrook where our accommodation is. Too early to check in so we started hunting for a good breakfast spot. Really hard to find an early opening breakfast restaurant. Highly recommend this. Poached eggs were perfectly done and my husband had the French toast. He cleaned his plate."
