"This place serves the best coffee I tried in 20 km radius, however we also found the staff so unfriendly (bar one of the younger girls) that I cringe every time I go to get a coffee fix. Salads and soups are good (although I've been given a soup that was off a couple of time and had to bin them) but overpriced. Never tried the chocolates which I think it's their speciality. Please, train your staff to be more welcoming of all customers: French and non-fluent in French."

The beef filet I ordered was nothing short of perfection. Cooked to absolute precision, each bite melted in my mouth, bursting with exceptional flavors. It exceeded my expectations and left me craving more. A definite must try! While the filets de perches may have been just okay, it was overshadowed by the overall dining experience. Oh, the desserts! It would be a sin not to mention them. The exquisite treats served at Café du Quai were simply divine. Each dessert whisked me away to a heavenly place, indulging my taste buds in pure bliss. Trust me, you wouldn't want to miss out on these heavenly creations. In summary, Café du Quai offers a fantastic dining experience. With its outstanding beef filet, divine desserts, and attentive staff, it is a true gem in Hermance. And let's not forget the magnificent sunset view over Geneva Lake that adds an extra touch of magic to your meal. I highly recommend paying a visit to Café du Quai and immersing yourself in this culinary delight. I can't wait to return and explore more of their enticing menu. "J'ai eu d'excellents retours concernant le Floris, par contre concernant le food truc je n'ai d'autre chose à dire que : horrible..Tout ce qui était dans le plat de tapas était mauvais, (22chf pour ça, c'est pas donné).Le dessert également n'était pas bon. Le gout et la qualité ne sont pas la, bien trop cher pour ce que c'est."
