"Ordered a salad online, what I got was shredded iceberg lettuce they use in making sandwiches with a few toppings. Waste of my money and time, went back for a refund and no apology was given for the inconvenience. Terrible customer service, also the place is disgusting and staff definitely don?t care. first and last time visiting this location."

"Used to love this place but now it’s just bad. Came in today 11/28 around 7:30PM for pick up. Got home to eat and found a HAIR in my rice, and barely any chicken in my chicken fried rice. The rice has no flavor and neither does the chicken. Will no longer come here I can make better food at my home."

"I generally don't go for chain food restaurants as I like to support local business however this particular Ruby Tuesday feels different. We see a lot of the same servers when we go in meaning they must be caring for their employees. The staff is always pleasant and on top of things. Also, we love to get the 2 for $22 meals as these give us decent portions."

"We went for lunch and enjoyed it immensely. Atmosphere was great, food was awesome and the service was perfect. We shared the chicken skins with Fresno sauce app which was great. My wife enjoyed the fish and chips entree and I had the steak frites. Everything was prepared and presented perfectly. My wife enjoyed a cocktail called Love Spell and I had a Classic City lager. Our server, Madison, was top notch! Always attentive yet not overly present. She knew the menu thoroughly answering all our questions as first timers and was able to make thoughtful recommendations. She was a delight. She brought my wife a complimentary crème brûlée for a birthday dessert. We couldn 't have been more pleased with our experience there.
