Had the steak and shrimp hibachi. The rice, steak, and vegetables were all precooked. The shrimp was the only thing that was cooked fresh. I wasn't expecting anything special but didn't expect the short cuts that I know they took. Also the sushi was warm. No reason to ever have room temperature sushi. read more.
