"Friends hit a meeting for dimming this morning at the 88 palace restaurant. When I arrived at 9:30 a.m., I was one of five people sitting in a big escapade. this huge place is about the weekend with people waiting to enjoy dim sums. it was nice to see my friends and meet their new born. the best part of the dimming sum here is that ladies are push-carrying, which keep all kinds of delicacies. we ate sticky rice in banan leaves, steamed garnel dumplings, shimai, ripen, garnel reisroll and black beans. eating was good, but quite normal. over the weekend there is a much greater variety with various stations that serve warm eating à la minute. then, of course, there is a large number of people and long waiting times."

"We had the shark fin dumplings, rice flour rolls with vegetarian (vegan) mock ham and coriander and lotus root cakes. We liked everything, the lotus root cakes were my favorite though. However it's fatty food :-D. We found it a good and filling alternative to all the ridiculously expensive NYC restaurants. Updated from previous review on 2022-06-16"

"I basically never write reviews unless some place is exceptional or worth seeking out. But this restaurant is a waste of time and money. I can 't believe I spent $60 on a bunch of bad food (i ordered almost the entire menu) that was barely enough to feed one person. Everything was extremely under salted and absolutely soaked in oil. Nothing was even spicy to make up for the lack of flavor elsewhere. The most flavorless tiny sandwich I 've had in a while. I was only in town for a quick trip and I am sad to have wasted my time on this place. If you insist on eating here, the only dish I could recommend is the rice rolls which were just rolled up wide rice noodles and some greens. I could at least pretend I was eating some noodles, even if there was no salt or spice to be had. Also there is a vegan and gluten free cupcake bakery next door very nice staff, but $6 for a small, dry cupcake with hard frosting just slapped on it unceremoniously? No thanks. "This is the perfect spot for a lunch or dinner with a vegan hating friend. Used to come here all the time with coworkers who did not realize it was completely dairy free. It is also kosher. They do have meat and seafood but the vegan tacos and taco salad are so good! There are 4 vegan tacos options. I would highly recommend the vegan chorizo taco, as well as the newer vegan impossible beef taco (Taco Bell inspired). Cauliflower taco is okay but it's really just veggies. Veg crab cake is also good. They have a vegan ceaser salad as well. margaritas are also very tasty! Edit also offer a vegan coconut soft serve!"
