"I have been to this restaurant before for Chinese breakfast. It's known for its sweet pineapple bun and good Hong Kong style milk tea. Today it's the first I come here for dinner. I found great value for its lobster set dinner. The price starts at $58+ for one lobster and two other dishes plus soup and dessert. There were four of us and we ordered two lobster plus 3 dishes for $102. Good taste and value compare to other Chinese restaurants around."

"When the waiter threw the plate and cups on the table, I noticed the restaurant has changed ownership. We ordered a set dinner and the soup (buddist jumped over the wall) should have abalone, sea cumber, shark fin but turned out chicken feet soup. Never go back again."

"Whenever I’m in Richmond this place is one of my favourites to stop by. Eat in or dine out. Eating in they have an large menu which you can take out as well. We had bbq pork chow mein, stir fry beef noodle, squid and...fried fish with spicy salt and sweet and sour pork. Portions were quite large and came to the table pretty quick. Usually for take out I get the half and half on rice which is your choice of 2 bbq items over rice. I get the bbq duck and the roast pork. The pork always has that perfect fat and crispy skin ratio and the juices from the delicious duck on the rice makes it a perfect combination."

"My wife and I needed a quick dim sum breakfast on the way out of Vancouver on a Friday morning. Found some positive reviews and had the GPS guide us to the nondescript location of Paramount Seafood. Ordered the special crab/pork dumplings, shrimp dumplings, bbq...pork buns and fried sticky rice. Everything was superb, some of the best we have ever had (and that includes San Francisco, Hong Kong, and many other cities). The staff were friendly and efficient. The room is without interest, but who cares? I highly recommend this restaurant. We will be back!"

"We were a group of 6. Bill came to $140 for dim sum + tips. We were charged $21 for salt-pepper cuttlefish and similar for salt-pepper tofu!! They were not listed on the dim sum menu but ethically they should have advised of price when we ask if they were available. Who pays $21 for deep fried tofu? Other dim sum items averaged $7ea. The quality and tastes were good (for these prices, they should have been exceptional). Will definitely not go back and would not recommend!!"

"It was ok food, nothing extraordinary, but pricy. The staff was ok too, not very fluent in English and didn't quite understand some of our requests. It was convenient location for our family to eat because we stayed in Raddison hotel."

"Jade is a great place for Cantonese dishes and dimsum, definitely the high standard of Cantonese cuisine around the Richmond area. Jade gets 5 stars from me, because I love a special dish that they do so well... their Sakura Pork Patties with Fried...Egg and Fragrant (Scallion) rice. Without this as my personal favorite, it would probably be 4/5 for me. They do one of my favorite simple dishes incredibly delicious! also their cheongfun is pretty good. p.s. I am not sure why the pork patties are called “Sakura”. BUT her Siewmai is also characterized by “sakura” although an extremely standard and ordinary type of Siewmai. Only the sakura patties with rice are what I recommend! The spices, taste and texture of these (correct) pork patties are really goldenstar!"

"The steam dumplings and Shanghai fried thick noodles are their signature dishes. The beef wrap is very tasty. If you never try small wonton you can find it here. I have tried the braised chicken noodle soup many place and I love this one the most , very tasty and noodles are soft. We love this place and the prices are reasonable."
