"Visited for the first time last night on the recommendation of my friend who lives in Strathaven. It was a fantastic experience and I shall definitely be back. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, the restaurant was beautifully decorated with a lovely intimate feel and the food was outstanding! I was spoiled for choice as all the menu items sound very appealing. I had the soup starter and also tried my friend's beetroot risotto both were lovely. I then had the sea bass with scallops which was honestly the best sea bass Ive ever had. My friend ordered the venison and although I didnt try any, It looked superb and she commented on how delicious it was. All in all It was wonderful from start to finish and I would encourage everyone to try Rissons x"
