"This is a local restaurant for me and my family and we are regulars (about once or twice a month)... well not anymore. We had a reservation at 4:45 yesterday... Service was really, really slow it took over 45 minutes to order...the owner came over and just made a comment that it would be a couple more minutes... it was another 20 minutes. My wife ordered the Grouper special and frankly it was awful, she left most of the food on the plate, I ordered the Suprema Di Pollo Scarpariello... it came with no sausage and the server didn't seem to believe me when I told her... she came back half way through the meal with 4 tiny pieces of sausage.... Not once did a manager/owner come back to the table to check on our food.... finally the decaf coffee had zero taste... overall this was an awful experience, I was very disappointed but even more disappointed that no one seemed to care enough to make it right... you have lost a regular patron of your restaurant. I would like to update my review, The owner of Casa has really gone out of her way to reach out to me and she is determined to make things right. I really appreciate the effort"

"Lot of delay in service. Food was cold where served. I visited the previous day and ordered the same items and the quality was significantly low compared to Thursday. This was year end team lunch to thank them for their hard work and was pretty disappointed with our experience this time. Based on the experience with lunch we cancelled a subsequent lunch appointment from our office Priti Patel ."

"We’ve been going to Altobeli’s for over 12 years and have always felt at home. As with any change, like an ownership one in this particular case, there are going to some kinks to work out, of course. We have been a few times and these “kinks” were prevalent, but it’s Altobeli’s…..so loyalty prevailed. Last night we decided to go for a few big celebrations, but unfortunately, we were disappointed again, sadly to say for probably the last time. We had a reservation, yet the table wasn’t set up. They were out of Filet and Crème Brûlée. They were short on menus and lastly, the food was mediocre at best. The Pollo Cristo…..which was once our favorite dish of all time, was watery and lacked flavor, the key lime pie was the smallest slice I’ve ever seen, and a simple dish like pasta with butter was underwhelming. There were, of course, some positives: Our waiter was extremely friendly! The Salmon A la Griglia was awesome The linguini with clams was delicious. The entertainment was great! Overall, because we have had such great experiences in the past, our expectations were so lofty, and maybe that’s unfair, but with so much competition in the restaurant space….the “new” Altobeli’s needs to step up their game if they’re to compete. We wish you all the luck getting back previous glory, but in the interim, we will seek places to dine elsewhere."

"The restaurant is located in Halcyon, which is a mix-used outdoor mall. We dined for Valentine's Day. My husband made an 8:15 pm reservation and they allowed several others to make 8:15 goals. That was not favorable because we were waiting with a lot of couples.Nonetheless, we ate outside. Although it was chilly, the outdoor heaters made it bearable. The service was impeccable. The food was OK. I liked the fixed menu and price, it was a great deal. The filet mignon was good. The Mac anf cheese was OK. The broccolini was too spicy. The Creme Brulee wasn't really hard on top and lacked flavor. Although NY Cheesecake was large, it wasn't sweet enough. I loved the Love Portion No. 9 cocktail, but didn't like the Sweet Tart."
