"This place showed promise. Nestled on the corner of the hotel with long wide windows looking out onto the street, the ambience in the evening makes it quite fetching from the outside, and indeed during your rather ponderous wait to be received and found a table you can enjoy said surroundings once more.Offering a fairly reserved menu of the usual bistro fayre there is bound to be something to fire up your tastebuds. Alas, the prices are likely to fire up something else. I'm all for exempla food and the price tag to match, but over $45 for a fairly average steak with no accompaniments and each side at $10 each, it soon racks up. I am not sure if it's possible to eat $10 worth of broccoli, even when they manage to include one of the black beans it supposed to have been cooked with. But when you start questioning the cost versus the quality of your meal, you know something can't be right. Terribly disappointing is how I would describe this experience. You may find if you are a member of the Accor Plus brigade, it brings the prices down to something less eye watering, but sadly not mouth watering. My advice, if you stay in the hotel, unless it's pouring with rain get out and explore Brisbane and find some better, tastier and more reasonably priced places to eat. You won't be disappointed."

"Dropped by after dinner for coffee and cake and I’m glad we did. The apple crumble was amazing and the chocolate cake moist and smooth. Will be back!"

"This GYG with the years is becoming the worse in service, Marketing card of free items is not acceptable just because the owner does not want to acceptable them, scanning Machines are also broken so the GYG app gets the lost points and the Colombian lady that is the manager believes that treating customers like she is its mom will make them happy Meal type: Lunch"
