"I experienced the same level of friendliness here, maybe more, that I’ve come to expect when entering a Ruth’s Chris Steak House. We were kindly accommodated with our children. I’m not usually one to complain about my steak being cooked wrong but I had to send it back and it was even worse when it returned. I only lightly mentioned it to the waiter later to ask for some kind of sauce to help with the overcooked meal and he promptly provided me some. Later the management appeared asking about it and wanted to know why I didn’t say something. I explained we had the children and didn’t feel like we should wait and risk becoming an annoyance to other guests. He promptly made it right. I was not expecting anything like that and we were very appreciative of that gesture and the waiter taking it to management to begin with. We will have no hesitation in returning to this location. Everything else was as delicious as expected. Thanks!"

"Very fun experience!. We ate here after arriving from our 9 hour flight and had a great meal with our 3 kids, who desperately wanted to go to bed. We had the Kobe ahi hot rock appetizer, which were both excellent, and since you cook the ahi yourself on the stone, it was engaging fun for the kids, and they loved it which was amazing since the ahi was only seared! The server was super accommodating and came back with a reasonable suggestion for our 13 year old, who wanted a steak but wasn 't hungry enough for the rib eye on the menu; she offered a petit filet for $22 vs. the $46 we would have had to spend otherwise. We had Walu in a macadamia nut crust that was fabulous. Great first night in Maui!"

"A simpler if not rushed brunch. we have been told several times that brunch would end in ten minutes and would order quickly, as the kitchen fits when they get an order too late. no care: I wanted simple steak and egg and a spicy bloody mary. <br br/>For $25, I expected a better quality of steak, but it was manageable to try boiled and it did not insult me in any way. the service was best fit, somehow strange, as there were only a few other people on the terrace to time. <br/> would not go back, but it was also not a bad experience. a strong meh' of this reviewer."
