"Our complex chose this place as our monthly dining out spot. 12 of us..service was very good, lots of menu choices. I decided to have the Teriyaki Chicken with an add on Miso soup, sonomono salad and tempura. Really enjoyed the combinations, however was just...a bit disappointed in the breaded chicken. Guess I’ve had it before at another restaurant and just preferred it to be not breaded. Still tasty but... great atmosphere with lots of seating."

"Shared 6 rolls with a friend and all were interesting and tasty:Crispy roll - standard, deliciousMango Dragon roll - beautiful but it was odd to have the sweet flavor with the prawn. Wouldn't get it again..Deep fried pepper roll - delicious!!! Very filling. Avocado mango roll - nice flavor comboVegepillar(?) roll - delicious and super cute caterpillar face!Server was a bit slow and didn't ask us how the meal was when we were eating, just when we finished... Didn't refill our waters or anything. Good value for the interesting sushi you can't get anywhere else in the city. You can see in the presentation of the rolls that the sushi chef has passion for what he does. Hopefully front of house staff can have the same attitude."

"Good lunch spot, reasonably prices sushi. Sushi rolls were good, I would definitely recommend the special rolls, they are big and come very well presented. Teriyaki comes out on a sizzling platter."

"We tried O-Zeki Noodle House right after they first opened and weren't too impressed. With a recent change in ownership (and new name, they dropped the "O" and turned the "Z" around to make an "S") we thought we would try it again.First of all. This is not a noodle house. This is primarily a sushi restaurant. There's a small portion of their menu that has three different types of ramen and a few other noodle dishes. But the main focus is sushi. Second, for a place calling itself a noodle house, I would expect amazing noodles. The ramen here is really just mediocre. It didn't have much flavour. If you're craving noodles in Kelowna there's other places out there to try. It's unlikely we will ever return to Seki Noodle House."

"If you have a gluten allergy, please stay well away from this restaurant. They do not have a clue about it. I was there today and specifically mentioned my intolerance to gluten. I asked for rice noodle dish, which I got and asked if the sauce was gluten free. I was told yes. I also overheard the server specify to the kitchen staff that I was gluten intolerant. That sauce was ABSOLUTELY NOT GLUTEN-FREE! People working in the food industry, should learn and teach their staff about intolerance to certain food. If it doesn't say gluten-free on the bottle, chances are it isn't. It may contains soya sauce or something of that kind that definitely contains gluten. When someone says they have a food allergy or intolerance, it is not just a fad or to be difficult. We do suffer when we are served food to which we are allergic! Big time! I wish people in the food industry would take the time to educate themselves about these subjects. It matters! Needless to say I will never return to this restaurant."

"Our family of seven picked this restaurant to celebrate our grand daughter's 3rd Birthday. The service was excellent and the owner made a special sushi Birthday Cake to end our delicious meal. I feel that they went out of their way to help us celebrate and the food was so wonderful. Service was fast and efficient. We felt very spoiled. Thank you so much for helping us mark this occasion. If we lived in Kelowna, or even in BC, we would make this place our faviourite"

"We ate there in June 2022 and the 4 of us agreed that it was probably the best choice we could have made. Food that accommodated everyone's liking. The price was fair. This will be where we will eat next time in town."

"We stopped in for a quick delicious lunch and left feeling bitter , diappointed and lied to. Lets start : the service is horrible, and you are an inconvenience for them.We asked for "low - sodium" soy sauce. The abrasive waiter said that is what is on the table. We pointed out the obvious that this was a regular soy sauce. He said they make it in the back room and pour it in the bottle. So I questioned him, by stating then that bottle is mis leading and mis labeled, and that we truly do not even know what is in the bottle then. He turned and walked away, for real.We asked for a glass of water on 3 seperate occasions, I never, ever received mine. We asked for the tuna sashime to be made spicy, the waiter said that would be fine. All they did was pour tabasco sauce on the tuna and then neglected to tell us there would be another charge added!!! what ??? the portions are small and completely over-priced. oh and did i mention tasteless.the last rude step was at time to pay the bill, I explained that we were not happy, ( for the above reasons) and that i was not going to pay the up charge on the tuna as it was not mentioned, nor anywhere on the menu. the waiter handed me the pay machine and walked away.unbeleiveable how BAD they are. GO : to SUSHI YA !!! It is amazing, go see for yourself as it is just around the corner : )"
