"We telephoned with a large order for collection. When we ordered, the assistant read back through the order to confirm the details were correct, which they were. Upon opening the order at home we discovered that two of the dishes were incorrect, which was disappointing,...so we called Wongs back to explain and ask that we return them to be exchanged for the actual dishes we had ordered and paid for. And that is where things went from bad to worse... The woman who took our call was adamant that the error was ours and that we had ordered exactly what we had received, which is clearly not the case seeing as the original order was repeated back to us at the point it was placed. We had been given 2 dishes with chicken on the bone, which no one in the household eats and why therefore would we have ordered something that no one likes? When we stated that what we had been given was NOT what we ordered and NOT what had been read back to us, the woman got rather shirty and denied any responsibility for correcting the error. This is a perfect example of customer service at its worst. Definitely a case of the customer is always wong (pun intended). Sadly, one of our favourite takeaways is now crossed off the menu (pun again intended) and Wongs had lost a valued, loyal customer as we won't be back again. Such a shame, as for the sake of correcting their error, what was originally a genuine mistake on their part was made into a huge deal and lost custom."

"We ate here as the other restaurant we were going to go to wasn't open. It was a risk as no one was in it, was a bit wary. But the food was really tasty. We liked it so much we went back the following week and all was the same (I love consistency). So far I've had the hot and sour soup, the coconut milk soup (much preferred, it was great), chicken pad thai and sweet and sour chicken. The sweet and sour chicken is delicious. The service was a tad slow, but nothing crazy. It is clearly run by only 2 people- a nice lady who is the server, and the chef."

"Very rare to find a hotpot and kbbq combo in Edi, so this was a great find! Fantastic staff, very helpful and attentive. Restaurant and bathrooms clean and updated. Food was plentiful and great selection. Had a great time here!"

"My daughter ordered last night a Chinese happy food for me (grind for 1) the chili green pfeffer black bark was terrible. first the sauce was all hidden. Secondly, it tasted nothing like black bud sauce and thirdly the two were so hot and the green paprika so overcooked that they were like moshee. I tasted and couldn't eat it anymore was terrible. my daughter had ordered chicken feet that she poured the toilet after a taste of him. it was slim and greasy and was simply unusable. that was our first command of anna and it will be the last. a drop of £23.00"
