"Food was obviously pre-frozen. New ownership has changed everything. All the one-star reviews are from 2021/2022. General Tso's came as (low quality) breaded chicken with a cup of sauce on the side to pour on yourself. Spring roll was bad. Everything tasted exactly like a microwave meal, and I'm not convinced it wasn't exactly that."

"Best hot and sour soup anywhere. Found this gem by accident and so glad I did. Chicken balls have very thin batter 99% chicken and sweet lady served us very attentive and friendly. If you haven't tried it your missing out"

"This is one of my favorite Chinese restaurant in Ontario. The food is very delicious and very tasty. The menu is great with a very nice selection of dishes. Service is very friendly and accommodating. Food arrived fairly quick and at perfect temperature. Portions are very nice. For sure a place to come back and enjoy great Chinese cuisine."

"I went to Lone Fone at least three times with a friend before watching a movie, each time the food and service were great. Due to the excellent experience, we decided to invite other friends over there before a movie, so about 6 people went with us, and it was utterly disappointing and embarrassing. We ordered lots of food, except for the fried rice, all the food tasted like it was cooked by someone who had no business cooking. I think it was just a fluke no way it was the same person cooking. The staff and owner were accommodating and friendly. The majority of the experience were good, so I think they deserve another chance, but I haven't been there since then."
