"While the food was generally quite good, the steak was medium when the order was for rare. Unfortunately, the martini was the worst I've ever experienced; either someone didn't know how to mix the drink, or the vermouth had been replaced by some other unrecognizable, unfermented wine must minus the usual aromatic herbs, roots, or barks typically added for flavour."

"As a business travel the bar is high, expectations even higher. I was therefore delighted that this hotel surprised on both counts. The staff were delightful and tried hard to accommodate my requests, the food was excellent and the room was decorated in such a...way as to be welcoming yet not impersonal. The bed was comfy, the bathroom generous in size and bath was relaxing. I was impressed and will consider using this hotel/chain more often. Only criticism is that they didn't sell stamps."

"Off the beaten path just a few doors down from Spedina on Dundas, you'll find this out of the way restaraunt. the service here was great from the moment you walked in the door. Good size menu with almost anything you could want. They had a lobster special on while we were there and it looked excellent. we opted for the soup and General Tao's chicken. we were not dissapointed. My meat and seafood soup was great. No skimping on the ingredients, I was full. The general tao's was very good.i would highly recommend this if you want a pleasent place to get off the beaten path and enjoy a good meal.If you find this helpful please mark it so ThanksBerny"
