"Worst service I have had in ages. I dont know how long she will last, but for the sake of the customers, I hope it isn’t long. Food was not consistent in quality overcooked appetizers, no flavor to entrees. Sorry to say, I was hoping for a new fun place. If we were just going for drinks, it might have been a much better experience.Also, no signage to know if we were in the right place when we walked in. "If you have had Cajun/Asian, you will find the Saucy Crab is as good as most of those types of restaurants. Since my favorite seafood boil restaurant is the Boiling Crab in Dallas, I compare all crab boil restaurants to that. Other than the quality of shrimp, which is likely a function of the distance from a source of fresh seafood and probable supply chain issues, the Saucy Crab is almost as good. The spices in the buttery, garlicky sauce are excellent. The flavors should be strong they surely are in the Woo Pig Sooie sauce. If you are a fan of this type of food this is worth your time as it is definitely better than the other option a little further west on 28th street. If you've never tried it, give it a shot. You might be pleasantly surprised. Just don't wear your best clothes as this can get a bit messy. I hope this restaurant continues to excel but in a selfish way, I'm hoping success is limited because I don't want to go back to the 2 hour waits that are common for these types restaurants in the gulf states."

"My wife received a gift certificate from her colleagues from the work for this restaurant. we went to this restaurant in cascade, mi, as there were many gluten-free choices. the restaurant was quite empty when we went around 18 o'clock, but then quickly filled up. the restaurant is located on a lively street and in a small strip shopping center. the service was excellent and the food was excellent. I had a steak dinner and my wife had a chicken dinner. the carrots were delicious. the steak was fantastic and the huh of my wife was perfect. great work from the chefs. we really enjoyed our dinners and will definitely be many times again."

"We were in town for a wedding and Annas was one of the best rated in the area. We went by noon and sat right away. A really nice surprise. The place is really sweet and quiet, I liked the mood a lot. The menu had so many good options, it was hard to choose. I ended up with the pancake combo (2 chocolate chip pancakes, 2 eggs, 2 bacon and a biscuit added). Overall, it was pretty good. The food was warm and cooked as desired. Bacon was a little thin and wimpy. But the cookie with the natural jam was my favorite part of the meal. The pancakes were pretty good, a solid 7.5-8/10. Something crispy about the edges I love. My husband has the blueberry pancakes and loved them. All in all a pretty good breakfast. No complaints with the food, a little expensive. With tip $50 for both of us."

"Came in ahead of rush, ordered drinks drinks). min later one beer served, more minutes a second drink arrived, min later food soups) arrived. Another min minutes food orders arrived, one item was steak salad, the steak was cold, the ribs were just warm. Remaining drinks were nevered served. Made a manager aware of drink situation after the drink arrived, nothing was done. We finally made general mgr aware, she removed the drinks from our bill and removed steak salad from bill along with excuses for poor service. We left with the feeling we had bothered the managers and one did nothing while the other three us s none to get us out and on our way. We weren’t loud about our complaints we kept it discreet but left feeling as though we had bothered the general manager. A TERRIBLE experience"
