"Classic is a delicious breakfast sandwich. I found Oscar the grouch at the till to be entertaining but I can see how some are scared away by his aggressive tone. Make sure to make as many changes to your order as possible to get his wheels turning. Will return next time I’m in Abby!"

"I'm a basic black coffee guy. Hard to justify a 5 star on that, but the barista that served me was amazingly friendly and engaging without being at all intrusive. This West Oaks location has really impressed me in the past, so they get my 5 stars!"

"I love A&W and my favorite is the Teen Burger. I read the sign stating that there are no antibiotics in their chicken so I thought I would try a chicken burger. That was a mistake. It certainly wasn't a tasty chicken breast but pressed chicken made into a patty with breading. It was horrible and the breading on it was very greasy. I was not impressed and didn't finish it. I was very disappointed. My husband had a teen burger and he was satisfied. I wasn't happy and it was quite expensive for the quality of food I received. I won't be eating at an A&W for a long time."
