"Texas Roadhouse has wonderful food and service. My family took me here for Mother's Day and naturally there was a very long wait since it was a holiday. While waiting, it allowed us to watch how they make their amazing homemade rolls. They have a case of raw steaks and let you select your own steak by labeling it and cook it to perfection. I ordered Prime Rib which I have to admit was overcooked and very dry. I have never sent back a steak so I reluctantly told the waiter who called his manager. She agreed right away and they brought me back the most amazing Prime Rib with horseradish sauce and I was one happy camper. Everyone one of us enjoyed our steaks and were very happy with the food and service. Highly recommend eating here when in Abilene."

"My husband and I travel once a month to Abilene and we like to try different burgers. This was top notch fresh beef, bread, vegetables. Wednesdays are especially on chicken stables and my Hubby loved it. I have the bacon cheeseburger with grilled onions and mushrooms on wheat beans and it was so good to eat. Yummy!"

"This place has the best rib-eye I 've ever had! I ordered it medium rare. It came out seared to perfection while tender, juicy, and flavorful on the inside! It came with two sides; I got the fried okra and loaded mashed potatoes. Pro tip: they put the sourcream and butter underneath the potatoes, so mix 'em up good first. The service was quick and super friendly! It is a bitpricey, but worth it, would definitely recommend if you 're in the area."

"Ordered today at 6/9/22 at 6:05pm I ordered the Mushroom Swiss burger with NO ONION and here I am picking onion off again. This is the third time this has happened and I?m no ?Karen? I?m not looking for anything free. I just want to eat here without every order being wrong in more than one way. (Take the twister fries off the menu if the machine is down for months at a time) also no the burger isn?t upside down it?s super flat for some reason like someone mashed it down. They are normally nice full burgers."
