"I don?t know what was better the food or the people? I?m visiting from Canada and was looking at a spot for lunch. The Cow Calf Hay looked appealing! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a gentleman and he was great. A lady server checked on meoften. And the burgers were amazing. Hoping to visit again before I leave. PS Don?t order the Western unless you LOVEJalapeños?.comes with a lot."

"I don't write reviews often but I wanted to for this place. They are really good!! Excellent service!! I came here last night and ordered a bacon grilled chicken sandwich with honey mustard on the side, and it was really good. The owner is really nice and very welcoming. The food is tasty and good quality. I highly recommend. I will definitely be coming back."

"I went to the one on may and brittion rd at noon , overlooked the mayo on the menu , got my burger took 3 bites to hit the mayo and put it down, the bartender said he would make it right , never did and stayed on the other side of the bar the whole time , finally come over to throw my burger away while saying " you really hate mayo don't you " and walked away , needless to say i was charged for the burger and left the place hungry, costumer service is a big FAIL at this business."

"I had the fried catfish tonight with sweet potato fries and fried green tomatoes. My husband had a chicken fried steak sandwich with fried jalapeño poppers and jalapeño hush puppies. Everything was soo delicious!! It was what I will describe as "authentic comfort food". The catfish fillet was as big as my arm and tasted fresh, like what I remember from our family vacations to lake texhoma growing up. My husband said the chicken fried steak tasted like what I make at home (that's a good thing lol). I don't normally like hush puppies but I could have eaten my weight in the jalapeño ones tonight."
