"I hesitate to make an assessment because this is a local treasure. The food is absolutely delicious. They use local seafood and products. It seems that everyone on the island knows about this place and I would hate to see that it is crowded. On the other hand, I want them to be successful. They sell local crafts in the same room as the food. If you're a niche cracker barrel, just with much better food, that's it. Many low country specialties are available. At noon there is a selection of about thirty pages and I never had one that was not great. I love this place."

"We visited during the COVID pandemic so I'm sure our experience was a little different than normal. That being said the ice cream was delicious and really a super cool way to impress the kids. As far as the COVID, I feel that they did a good job. All employees had on masks and gloves and were doing a good job of distancing. Once you ordered they asked you to wait outside until your order was ready. The AC would have been nice but I understand why they don't allow (would be hard to space people out) ."
