"I eat here for lunch every Friday. It's a ritual for me. Their fries are always perfect and their burgers are amazing. You can never go wrong with the iconic. I like the sunny side. The Hawaiian burger is amazing. I also like the seasonal burgers. Why didn't I give them 5 stars? The place is not the cleanest. It's pretty grimmy honest. A few times I was when the employees change the garbage they can cover up on the counter only right when you go. Kinda rough, but hey her food is amazing and I just don't sit in this place. And the other reason why they fall under 5 stars is that waiting can be extremely long when they are busy. But I love Mortys and definitely think you should try if you don't."

"Main complaint is it took MORE THAN 45 MINUTES from the time order was placed to when it was actually ready. Onion rings were weird combo of too greasy too crispy. Regular sweet potato fries were meh, not crispy nor seasoned well. Burger was fine, as were the salads and other sandwich but no one wants to pay for food that apos;s only "fine. Not worth the money DEFINITELY NOT worth the wait. Third time eating here better options in the valley, so won apos;t try again."

"When I told the hostess that I had a reservation through open table, she rolled her eyes and grew up that I only managed to make it because they did not see my name written in her book. I made a same day reservation at 16:00 clock for 6:15 clock as the app showed that time available. She set us after about 10 minutes, but was rude. to the happiness she was not our server,"

"We decided to eat here partly because many other restaurants are closed on Monday. Other reviews didn 't inspire confidence but we thought, how bad could it be? Our first clue should have been that through the window we could see the axe throwing employee head down on the counter sleeping. We entered the restaurant to an indifferent greeting from the hostess. We were quickly seated and our waiter arrived a few moments later to take our drink orders. A reasonable amount of time passed and the waiter returned with our drinks and took our food orders. A long period passed and our salads arrived. A very long time passed and our food was brought out by someone different who didn 't know who the food belonged to. I ordered the bacon bacon cheeseburger. It is an average burger with lots of bacon. The only exceptional thing about the burger is the bacon bacon. Seriously, the bacon was great. The fries were very cold. Clearly the food was ready and sitting for a while. My wife ordered the half-track of ribs. Dry and tough ribs. Not good at all. Very disappointing. All in all a below average meal with below average service."

"Wonderful quality food, texture taste were all on point! Fried chicken sandwich had so much crunch without being thick batter. Fries were crispy without being too hard even with garlic all over them. Pastas were really good too!"
