"We went last night. I ordered an alcoholic drink. It was koolaid. I asked if I could just exchange it for something else. The waiter said that all drinks were final. I mentioned that there are no signs up nor are there any wordings on the menus stating that. So she said she would go get the manager. Instead of the manager coming, the waiter came right back and said “yeah she said there’s nothing we can do. All sales are final” so a little time had passed and we saw the manager coming towards us. She spoke to every single table and side eyed us and kept walking. Then when she walked past us she turned to look at us again and kept it moving. I’m not sure what the issue was but I didn’t like that energy, also if all sales are final for drinks then it should say it at least SOMEWHERE in the restaurant. My steak was overcooked. The food and drinks took forever. This place is always packed. They need to build another one in the next city over like Stockbridge. Not satisfied."

"This is the filthiest Chik Fil A I've ever been too. On a road trip and thought it would be nice to sit and eat at a Truett's, but was very disappointed. Plenty of workers, hardly any customers inside, doesn't make a whole lot of sense. Hopefully a manager or owner sees this."

"Yum yum YUUUM. It's been a while since I returned to an area where you can ask for sweet tea and don't see her You like you have two HEADS and then say sugar on the table. Um... Sweet tea, served with a sweet smile and attitude! Both Gals, who worked there, took care of us. We ordered appetizers and a lunch, not to see how generous the appetizer would be! Roasted green beans, friend onion bowls and sprouts with cheese dip and ranch dip! Oh, my God! THEN, the chicken tender with frits (jaup, carb coma! . The chicken was good and crispy on the outside, tender and yum on the inside. Husband had a good BBQ/bacon Burger with the BEST Tater-Tarts! Cruel on the outside, cooked for perfection. No place to dessert, as we took two boxes from left to home! We'll be back to dessert soon, ladies! Thank you for the warm, southern welcome house!!?"

"I must say this was my first time dining in as I've had takeout food in the past. The restaurant is very nice reminds me of any sports bar restaurant. I wasn't too impressed with the ribs because they were little too salty and overcooked. Perhaps these were ribs that was cooked earlier in the day and was still served that evening. The sweet potato fries was great with cinnamon sugar butter. I also got key lime pie dessert to go. My meal for one person came out to almost $40 but they do have a good ambience. The waitress was amazing untill the end. I asked for an itemized receipt and was scolded. Initially she provided an itemized receipt but took it back when I added a dessert. Anyway I didn't let that bother me because she did her job very well."
