"Called in for lunch. Food very average. Service was unfriendly from someone who would benefit from some customer service training. What yous havin '? Very unwelcoming. Moved off a wobbly table to one slightly less wobbly and had to put my coat back on as pub was freezing. Couple on a neighbouring table seemed to have the same experience so not just us!"
