"Well, everything is great except....what? no ceramic coffee mugs? But that's Tim Horton's signature drink! Was, I guess. I know the pandemic changed things, but tell me the pandemic didn't win and we can get back to good and reasonable things--there is nothing like a good hot cup of Timmy's coffee in a mug. The 11 count them when in store...eleven...pictures of happy hands holding joyful mugs on this store's one artistic wall prove it! (yes, there is one paper/plastic cup in there, too). I won't be back until the company changes policies: sorry, no plastic in my coffee."

"The best Tim Horton in All of Dearborn no question! They make ice caps every time, unlike the scratched and Michigan Ave. Donuts are always fresh and the bagels are great. The area is not great, but it is worth it, it is best Timmys of all time!"

"Hostess was very accommodating to our needs, as I informed her that one of our party would be needing to leave for the airport. she provided us with seating and in an area that she believed we would be able to have our order taken the quickest. This was very effective as the waitress we received was very capable and again very accommodating to our short time available. Our drinks never went below half our glass, and our food was delicious and came quickly."

"DO NOT IGNORE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!!Before visiting a new restaurant I typically read the reviews. Since the negative reviews were awhile ago my daughter and I decided to eat here. My daughter didn’t have an issue with her food -she ordered Ramen and said it was not the best but okay. I, on the other hand, ordered the chicken bulgogi and it was not palatable. So after a few delivery guys left I approached the counter and asked the young lady who took my order if I could get something different because my meal did not taste right she said let me let you talk to the chef. The chef asked what was wrong and I told him the bulgogi did not taste right. He continuously asked what was wrong with the taste and I told him I couldn’t explain what was wrong with flavor but I didn’t like it. He became condescending making statements like you do know every Korean restaurant food is not going to taste the same….he then proceeded to say “it cost me money to make this food” and I replied “it cost me money to eat this food.” At this point it was easy for me to see he was not trying to ensure that I had a positive experience so I threw the food away. Not sure, if the chef is also the owner but a word to the wise be careful how you interact with people because you never know who someone is and who they know ? I am glad to have a local food critic in my circle that specializes in local eats."

"The service was less than great. Our waitress never came back to check on us after brining us our food. She wore face covering under her chin. Our egg's were over cooked and cold so we sent them back. Our waffle was too tuff to eat. Our egg's then came back runny so we said forget it. The chicken taste like it had been cooked in burned old grease and we had ordered an extra piece of chicken with our meal's. ? Again the wait staff was very unprofessional until the end when she brought us our bill and then became real personable (I guess looking for a good tip) and said.. see y'all next time No she won't! We're never coming back but still left a nice tip. I know good help is hard to find during the pandemic but wow."

"I was pleasantly surprised. Last few times I've been at this Steak and Shake service was horrible food was cold the staff acted like they couldn't care less if you were there or not. Against what I thought was my better judgment I went there on request of my wife. Didn't really want to. Glad I did got a new manager has totally turned the place around I highly recommend if you want a fantastic steak burger and a delicious milk Shake you need to go to the Steak and Shake period. I was extremely pleased at the turn around this Steak and Shake made. it was like night and day. My congratulations to the new manager at Steak and Shake you've got the ship sailing in the right direction!"
