"The food, service, or decor wasn 't terrible. It just wasn 't 4.5 stars worth either. This place is clean and cozy. But the decor and menu scream diner more than Restaurant with Greek Fare . The menu comprised of sandwiches (hot and cold), pastas, common Greek dishes like Gyros, pizza, and burgers. The food was OK, nothing to write home about, so as for a diner it was mediocre. I think this place is still worth a try, just don 't let the 4.5 rating on Google set your expectations too high. Outside of the that, the service was speedy and the person at the register was a very nice person. OH! That reminds me, you get the check and pay at the counter. If all of these items don 't describe a diner to you then I 'll go jump into the James River in January."

"Yum! Chicken n ' waffles! I came here with my sweet friend and we enjoyed the ambiance, the service and the food at Savory Grain!! I also was permitted to buy a few of their small pint glasses which I use all the time! The parking can be a bit of a challenge, but this restaurant is worth a gander! I can wheat to go back!"

"DO NOT IGNORE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!!Before visiting a new restaurant I typically read the reviews. Since the negative reviews were awhile ago my daughter and I decided to eat here. My daughter didn’t have an issue with her food -she ordered Ramen and said it was not the best but okay. I, on the other hand, ordered the chicken bulgogi and it was not palatable. So after a few delivery guys left I approached the counter and asked the young lady who took my order if I could get something different because my meal did not taste right she said let me let you talk to the chef. The chef asked what was wrong and I told him the bulgogi did not taste right. He continuously asked what was wrong with the taste and I told him I couldn’t explain what was wrong with flavor but I didn’t like it. He became condescending making statements like you do know every Korean restaurant food is not going to taste the same….he then proceeded to say “it cost me money to make this food” and I replied “it cost me money to eat this food.” At this point it was easy for me to see he was not trying to ensure that I had a positive experience so I threw the food away. Not sure, if the chef is also the owner but a word to the wise be careful how you interact with people because you never know who someone is and who they know ? I am glad to have a local food critic in my circle that specializes in local eats."

"We had to wait a long time to get in on a Saturday evening, but it was so worth it. Start your course off with some sweet tea and catfish nuggets for each person, trust me you don't want to have to share your catfish. The entrees are delicious, personally I would go for the pork chops which are exceptional, but avoid the fried chicken, which is average. The sides are good, including southern classics such as greens, scratch made mashed potatoes and gravy, mac and cheese that tastes almost like mom's and string beans with a curious sweetness that kept me coming back for more. There are a variety of desserts including cakes and cobblers. I keep thinking about those catfish nuggets though, get you some."

"New to the neighborhood and have been to this location a few times for early morning pre-work breakfast grabs and such. Staff is more worried about the color of their hair that week than they are about getting your order correct. Not only do you have to get out of your car to go in and order, when you order you need to cross-check what you ordered with what you received because the last 5 out of 6 visits has been wrong. I attribute this to the funky layout of this particular Panera where you order is typically where the bagels are made, instead, here you order, that order is sent to the kitchen and the bagels are made there. There is no line of sight from the cashier area to the kitchen. Things like getting the right jelly or adding the cream cheese you ordered that you know the cashier heard (because she charged you for them) would normally be included at other locations because that same cashier would just turn around and get your bagel or someone within eyesight would. Instead it gets sent off to the not visible kitchen where staff doesn't include items. Frustrating, especially since we love Panera. Need to find a new location to get it from even though this one is so close to my house, it is not worth the headache of constantly paying for and not getting what I ordered!"

"My boyfriend loves Lee’s. We stopped by and got his food from the drive thru. Smelled so good to me we turned around went back to get myself dinner. Best potato wedges I’ve ever had. Green beans and chicken strips tasted amazing. There’s a line but it moves fast and once you taste the food you know why. Friendly service. Will be back."
