"This is a very slow Popeyes and they're not even short-staffed! The workers aren't rude or disrespectful; they just work like they didn't get enough sleep. There's always a good 5-7 people waiting for their food every time I step foot regardless of the time. I mobile-ordered the new 6-piece wings and they didn't even start my order when I got there 10 minutes later. Upon opening the package, I was disappointed. You would assume the wings would be drenched with the sauce but they were lazy with the preparation. The good thing is that this place is usually clean and seating is available for the most part."

"Very tasty addition to Bay Ridge! Wish they also opened for lunch but love their avocado chicken karage bowl, pork belly buns and cocktails so far. Will try the ramen next. Go check them out!"

"Xin Bao is my local Chinese takeout spot I order nearly every day for lunch. The veggies have great variety and are never overcooked, the House brown sauce isn 't too salty, the protein always tastes great! My 2 favorites are the shrimp with broccoli the beef with mixed veggies (they also offer Chinese veggies as an option, always clarify which one you want). Sometimes I order my special: beef with onions and mushrooms (not on the menu). Xin Bao is reasonably priced, though they have a slightly more expensive dinner menu. I always get the hot mustard duck sauce and egg roll with my meal. Politeness goes a long way, treating the people at the window respectfully politely has never caused any issues for me with their customer service or willingness to make changes to the food I order. Food 4.5/5 Service 4/5 Ease of ordering 5/5 Menu options 4.7/5 I recommend calling your order in first having them confirm it."

"If there is 0 points, there should not even be one star. The staff's attitude is poor and lax. All the customers who ordered after me got them. I waited stupidly for 20 minutes and heard nothing. I took the initiative to ask, but I didn't know what to ask. , I will just refund the money and leave."
