"Very authentic establishment serving up some Cantonese style Dim Sum all day long. The restaurant is clean and offers a wide variety of dining options on the menu. To start the fish and shrimp ball is very nice along with the spicy sui mai. I was quite pleasure with every dish I ordered and returned for a second time within a week of my first visit. The eggplant string bean dish is quite pleasant and should be accompanied with rice. The won ton was so so. Other places have better. The pricing is quite fair for the area and food quality superior. I’ll be returning to taste the Lobster and Crab dishes soon. Happy to add this spot into the Chinatown repertoire."

"My fave Cantonese restaurant in the City. The food is consistently solid — fresh, well prepared, nicely priced — and they deliver! I’ve been going to Golden Horse with my family since I was a kid. They even catered my wedding (and no, they don’t do that normally, they did it as a favor because I’ve been going there so long…but my guests loved it)! Their honey walnut prawns are the best in town and they’ll even make the tomato beef chow mein without the meat if you ask for it (I love it with extra tomatoes only, but my husband likes it with chicken). Can’t go wrong here."

"It 's over the top Asian American food that 's serve here. The menu items are americanized with a heavier sweet sauce. It 's a big restaurant and they even have a second floor to open if needed. The kitchen is much bigger than most of the restaurants in San Francisco. It is also shiny and looks clean. The seats and tables look old style in dark green color. They are placed to exceed the 6-feet covid-19 requirement. They can server big groups. The place could get busy. So they have a 90-minute seating limit. This is a restaurant that 's in business for many many years. The sign outside is at least 20 years old as I could remember. But if you are looking for some very authentic Chinese food, you night be a little bit disappointed because they don 't even have a Chinese menu. The servers can speak Chinese though."
