"Katie is amazing! We had a last minute large party but didn't have to wait for anything even though Katie had another large group. The food was great (except the missing Southwest Eggrolls which are apparently never in stock). It was a great time. Thanks Tanners and Katie!"

"We went through the drive through, right when we got there we had been waiting for at least 1 minutes with out anyone saying anything to take our order. I then said “hello” to make sure they were open. The lady responded really very rudly to tell me she would help me on one minute. So I started ordering and for one of my orders it was a 4 for 4 and we asked for a jr bacon cheeseburger. We have always been able to get this sandwich with this meal and she made me pay extra to get that specific sandwich this time. Next order I asked for certain things not on the sandwich, not realizing it already wasn’t on there. She made sure to let me know that I did not need to tell her that because there is none on there that specific sandwich. Then after that I let it go we pull up to the window have to wait good five minutes for someone to even come and take my car to pay, as we were sitting there I can see this lady making other people‘s orders in mine wasn’t even made yet. We had four orders and I assumed since she made me size up the orders they would be in more than two bags instead she has me two bags, which I litter notice had been extremely stuffed with everything, keep in mind there’s four things in each order. So I take the two bags and they said they’re waiting because I thought there’s two other bags, she proceeds to look at me and snap at me that that was it and I didn’t have anything else and to go. I am younger and this was a older lady, so I was very intimidated and has begged me for the rest of the night. She seemed very on edge and I hope in the future she doesn’t take it out on customers. (Also our food was cold, there was half a chicken nugget, and they had smushed all if it in 2 bags(16 iteams)(i was ordering to bring home to my family) also the entire time she was talking to Me like i was dumb."
