Favourite Mexican restaurant on the subway, hands down. I'm going out to get food from this place. Incredible employees are always so friendly, first-class service, and the food is so delicious. My Go-tos are chicken and spinach enchiladas, taco salad or nachos. Salsa is so good that I could only drink it!

I went right in, did not make a reservation and sat and served immediately! You have this new Halloween Margarita drink with Lunazul Reposado 100% De Agave Tequila it was the perfect way to finish the week! The bartender made sure to salt the rim so I was very satisfied. My fiancée has never been here, so he was definitely happy and told me that it was the best Mexican food he had in a while! I finished my plate. I usually don't do this, but the food was just too good. Additionally bonus that the food was hot 100% of the time. Even when I finished 3/4 of the way, I still had steam from my tacos! Friendly staff, my server was adorable! She knew how to take care of us by explaining what specials happened tonight. I can literally go to this place if I wanted, so it was a comfortable trip that was near my house!

For the first time after reading a favorable review in this restaurant. The food was much better than expected. Margarita was great, but what Margarita isn't great? What was exceptional was the tomatoes rich salsa and the search. Absolutely my favorites. I had the Fronteras Sampler and was not disappointed. Try it. I hope to be back.

I ordered a pick up order from the Shawnee location Friday evening, July 22, 2022. Got back and realized they didn't give me the queso I paid for. Called back and spoke to a female manager who said she would refund me for the cheese dip as I live out of town and didn't want to drive back to the restaurant for it. She told me it would be back in my account in 2-3 days. Thursday, July 28th it still wasn't in my account so I called the store again. The female that answered said she would talk to the manager and call me back, she took my phone but not my name. I also emailed the restaurant per the email address on their website. Shortly thereafter the email came back undeliverable and here it is August 1st and I still have not received a call back nor my money. I tried calling 3 times today and the line has been busy each time. The quesadilla I got was just ok to begin with and then add that they steal from me too. Don't go here people!!!

50min for food was just too long especially with just 7 of ~30 tables in use. My son cancelled his meal as he lost his appetite. The rest of us nearly walked out it took so long. In addition, a managers 2 little kids ran around screaming, jumping on seats, tables, jumping over the benches the entire time while patrons try unsuccessfully have a nice meal. Need a babysitter... there 's plenty available. Other manager responded with: not my kids, not my problem . Not customer centric staff tonight. Pity...as normally a great restaurant. Based in other recent reviews...Ramsy would be a valuable help here.
